Jackie Velasquez-Ross

Jacqueline (Jackie) Velasquez-Ross is a Texas native and graduate of Southern Methodist University. She began her career with Goodby Silverstein & Partners and then went onto DDB California.

She later continued her career in recruiting at Level Studios, a Publicis Groupe company. While there she brought on talent to work for the Apple team, led University & Diversity initiatives, as well as the employee engagement efforts.

Jackie then led recruiting at LA based Blavity and while there she saw the need startups and small business owners had for finding talent. So she launched her consultancy that helps startups and small businesses learn how-to grow and scale their organizations. Then, she went to product design leadership recruiting at Facebook.

Currently, she's leading all things Leadership, Product Design & Product Management recruiting at InVision.
