Three exciting updates for you all today.

First, we’ve got a brand new episode on the way, with several more in the works. A variety of subject matters on deck, including service design, product design, recruitment, facilitation, research, coaching, and many more topics.

Second, we’re changing our name. Maybe it's more of an addition, more like a “yes, and…,” if you will. How This Works is now… the How This Works show, the main reason being that it lands closer to my design and facilitation business, How This Works co — seems an easier change and obvious shift.

And finally, after years of posting snippets and clips on YouTube, all full episodes are now available there. When new episodes come out, they'll still show up wherever you get your podcasts and then also premiering on YouTube, but not video yet, not yet, still just audio. And this starts tomorrow, Tuesday, 8 October, with my conversation featuring Carl Cleanthes from Epic Made.
